A: Tuesday 10:00am- 7:00pm
Wednesday 12:00pm- 8:00pm
Friday 10:00am- 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am- 2:00pm
Q: Do I need a consultation?
A: It depends on the service you'd like to schedule. You do not need a consult if you are getting a haircut, but if it makes you more comfortable, go ahead! All *NEW* color clients are required to have an in person consultation with me prior to scheduling their service. Established clients do not need a consultation, unless, they want drastic change. When in doubt, book a consultation. Please do not book consultation & service for the same day.
Q: Why do i need a consultation?
A: I am an independent stylist, working in a small suite - I am not able to carry all of the products I may need for your hair all of the time. Consultations also allow me to assess your hair to ensure we can maintain its health and integrity through the coloring process. We are able to discuss pricing and timing of the service, as well.
Q: I sent you a message/ called/ emailed - and I haven't heard back from you yet, when will you respond?
A: I try my best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible, however, if you contact me after business hours, I will not respond until the following business day. (Messages sent to me after 2:00pm on a Saturday will not be answered until the following Tuesday)
